WHERE: Knight's Castle Stadium in Fort Mill, SC
WHAT: The Harris Teeter Race Festival is a FREE, community-wide, family oriented, event sponsored by Harris Teeter and held in conjunction with the NEXTEL All-Star Challenge and Coca-Cola 600 race weekends. As they have done for the past fourteen festivals, Harris Teeter will contribute $30,000 to a select charity. This year that charity will be the Victory Junction Gang.
The festival will include driver autographs, sampling booths, show cars, games, prizes, public auction, free food, etc. The location is just south of Charlotte at the Knight's Castle Stadium in Fort Mill, SC. The festival itself will be held in the stadium parking lot, with an autograph session taking place under the covered concourse within the stadium.
Security is at the forefront when planning for the festival. The ideal layout of the stadium ensures that the drivers participating in the autograph session will have easy access and exiting from the festival grounds. Special Driver Parking Areas and Festival Representatives will be on hand to assist with driver's arrival and departure.
Sponsors of show cars, mobile displays and race teams are encouraged to participate
